Facilities were amazing. An excellent welcome pack with a lovely bottle of fizz. Would highly recommend the house, very spacious and immaculately clean, could not fault it in any way. Simon was a great host.

In a very quiet and select private close only added to the enjoyment. House was spotlessly clean and well presented. Ample room for our party of 6 to both spend time together or chill when prefer with the garden room a firm favourite. The birds eye view of fast jets navigating up the lake and beyond was a real bonus! Only real ask would be if the hot tub could be raised slightly allowing better views of the lake whilst sitting in it but icing on the cake of course! Only gripe relates to Sykes and the astronomical price increases year on year!
