Ducksfoot Barn is highly praised for its welcoming atmosphere, high standard furnishings, and thoughtful touches like biscuits and flowers. The location is appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to activities and amenities. Guests enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious accommodation. The property's peaceful setting and wildlife are also highlights, although some guests mention minor issues with maintenance and the presence of a caravan site.
Reviews consistently mention the property being spotlessly clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating a very high standard of hygiene.
The barn's location is described as quiet and secluded, yet close to local attractions and amenities. It offers a good base for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk, with positive remarks about the surrounding wildlife and footpaths.
Guests find the barn very comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and spacious living areas. The only minor drawback noted is a suggestion for child/dog-proof fencing for more relaxation.
The barn is well-equipped with kitchen essentials and offers ample space for families. Some guests suggest improvements in maintenance, such as sharper kitchen knives and clearer instructions for appliances, but overall the facilities are highly regarded.
While guests appreciate the welcoming touches like flowers and biscuits, there are not enough reviews explicitly mentioning these gestures to guarantee their presence for future guests. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

The place is a delightful barn conversion. It has been well fitted out, with every amenity. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There is a front and back garden that was great for our dog, who loved it there. The Barn is in an area very convenient as a base to travel to many other places. We are very happy to recommend Ducksfoot Barn.

Everything was provided for our comfort and we enjoyed it all! Woke up to nothing but birdsong each morning - bliss...

Beds very comfy and sitting areas excellent. Very well equipped. Two courtyards mean you can enjoy the sun at any time of day. Roads very quiet and suitable for walking. Very near to Boudicca Way. Excellent pub and village shop in Pulham Market, about 3 mile round trip. Very pleasant owners. Really enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave.
