We have had a wonderful week in your beautiful cottage. You have put so much effort into thinking of everything we could need to make it a relaxing home away from home. We spent our week visiting Alnmouth, Seahouses, Bamburgh, Craster, Dunstanburgh Castle and Lindisfarne. We very much enjoyed the Alnwick Gardens. We enjoyed eating at The Dirty Bottles, The Hogs Head Inn, Mumbai Flavours, Leo, and had a very filling breakfast at The Running Fox. There was everything we needed to cook a few meals at the cottage as well. Also have to mention how dog friendly The Tanners Arms is if you fancy a drink in a traditional, quirky pub. The welcome hampers were a lovely treat and enjoyed by us all. We won’t hesitate to recommend Earl’s Cottage to friends and family. Thank you!

What a perfect cottage – beautifully designed and no detail overlooked. I had a relaxing weekend with my daughter but we will be back with my hubby and our four-legged family too! Alnwick is lovely and the surrounding areas – steeped in history! I’m particularly fond of The Percy Lion at the Tenantry Column and his unfeasibly straight tail! I’m all spent out from Barter Books – a definite place to visit. Thankyou for the personalised welcome basket – a lovely touch as well as beautiful fresh flowers in the living room. We felt very spoiled!
