The property is big, big enough for the grandchildren to play unhindered and not under the feet of the adults but within supervision range. The extensive gardens and play area also allowed for excess energy to be burnt off. Location wise, Belford is close to Bamburgh and Llindisfarn plus other coastal villages. We also squeezed a great value day return for everyone from Berwick to Edinburgh on the train.

I had to clean before letting my young grandchildren in. Woods mostly felled & what remains is difficult to access no fishing pegs or access to lake, dirty property, unsafe steps and paths(we suffered injury on uneven, mossy path), no signage. No adequate response from Manager who was not on site to speak with. The beds were clean
Caroline
We had everything we could possibly need plus sunny Northumberland skies. The Coach House is in a perfect area to explore from and return to and relax. The children loved the play area but even more the stick swing hanging from a tree! Would love to return again in the future. Thank you Middleton Hall (Sarah) for a wonderful holiday.
