Guests say

Guests have praised 8 Coach House for its spaciousness, comfortable beds, and private hot tub, making it a relaxing retreat. The property's original features and quirky decor are appreciated, as well as the thoughtful touches like Prosecco on arrival. While some guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the overall experience is seen as positive, with the property's rural location being ideal for family time and walks.

Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness. While some guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, others experienced issues with unclean kitchenware and a dirty hot tub, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is generally well-received, with guests enjoying the rural setting for family time and walks. The proximity to villages, coastal areas, and local attractions adds to the appeal, although the approach to the property could be enhanced.

The comfort of the property is highly rated, with guests highlighting the quality of the beds and the warmth of the hot tub. The spaciousness and the property's ability to accommodate groups comfortably contribute to a relaxing experience.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the hot tub and the interior decor. However, there are reports of missing dishwashers contrary to the advertisement, and some maintenance issues like exposed piping, which affect the score.

Guests have mentioned thoughtful gestures such as Prosecco on arrival, which are appreciated. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, they cannot be factored into the score.

The directions were not the clearest and the location / cottage isn’t sing posted from the roadside The contact numbers listed in the email were useless as nobody answered the phone The cleanliness of the cottage was substandard with cobwebs and grime in every room The hot tub was un useable - we used it once and got out because the water smelt horrific I didn’t believe I received value for money on this trip and on the whole was very disappointed

It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub made a great weekend into a most memorable weekend. This is my 3rd holiday this year with Sykes, so that's got to prove how good they are. The bedding and towels are so soft and of great quality. It's only just over 3 miles to sainburys for these last minute buys we forgot. Plenty good quality pot, pans, crockery and cutlery. The house was nice and warm with nice mood lighting awaited our arrival and the added nice touch of a bottle of prosecco. There was also a jar of tea, coffee and milk. We'd all highly recommend this property for a wonderful, peaceful and happy getaway.
