We had a blocked toilet when we arrived, phoned and reported it and they sorted it within two hours, good service. Cottage was perfect for our short stay, the only downside was the beds, very hard mattresses and not at all comfortable. The rear garden is shared but only one set of outdoor furniture, would be good to clear the garden area by the steps for another set.

Negatives main bedroom very uncomfortable bed so poor sleep for those using it. Shower in twin room poor flow. Overall lovely place a just few changes could make it perfect.
