Conveniently situated only minutes away from the A30, the trunk road taking you from the Cornwall/Devon border to Lands End, makes this an ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Upon arriving, you will appreciate the peace and tranquillity that surrounds you, with the property itself offering an open plan studio living/sleeping area consisting of a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a king-size bed, along with a separate shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden and a private decked area with furniture, so why not pick a sunny spot and relax at any time of the day? Keen cyclists bring your bikes and walkers your boots as this location lends itself perfectly to both pursuits.
