Bramble Barn is a delightful small, romantic detached studio cottage, in the grounds of the owner’s home on their smallholding, in the quiet, sleepy hamlet of Inch, close to the small village of Lanivet and within reach of the Camel Trail, Wadebridge and Bodmin. Conveniently situated only minutes’ away from the A30, the trunk road taking you from the Cornwall/Devon border to Land’s End, makes this an ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Upon arriving, you will appreciate the peace and tranquillity that surrounds you, with the property itself offering an open plan studio living/sleeping area consisting of a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a king-size bed, along with a separate shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden and a private decked area with furniture, so why not pick a sunny spot and relax at any time of the day? Keen cyclists bring your bikes and walkers your boots as this location lends itself perfectly to both pursuits. Pick up the famous and ever popular Camel Trail at nearby Grogley Halt and enjoy a wonderful walk or ride through some of the most spectacular countryside in the southwest stopping at either Wadebridge or venturing on to Padstow for well-deserved refreshments. Or for a more strenuous option, tackle the Saint's Way coast to coast route, which passing less than a mile from this well-placed property. Being so centrally located in Cornwall makes all the attractions, towns, villages, moors and beaches of this diverse county easily accessible offering you a wide choice of days out whatever the weather. Lanivet is a small village close to Bodmin and Wadebridge. The village has a selection of picturesque properties, a pub and a few shops. Bodmin has a shopping centre and local attractions include the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and the stunning Eden Project.
