Wonderful location, exquisite garden and very well equipped.

A few minor negatives, the stairs are steep and with low headroom. The satellite signal is poor and the WiFi insufficient bandwidth for many users. However, situated in a quiet spot on a narrow road it has excellent views, a great garden and is close to Bude. Would recommend the walk along the canal! Has everything you need for a large family in a scenic spot. The ev charger is also a great addition. We had a great holiday..

Spacious, well equipped house with lovely gardens. We really enjoyed being able to walk out from the house into Bude or the coast at Widemouth Bay along the Bude Canal. Table tennis and hot tub were an added bonus and well used. Very quiet location. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in as a family group of adults.
