While some maintenance issues have been noted, the overall experience remains positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to dog-friendly beaches, coastal walks, and local amenities in the village, making it an ideal spot for holidaymakers.
Comfort levels are generally good, with mentions of super comfy mattresses and well-equipped living spaces. However, some guests found the beds hard and the bunk mattresses uncomfortable, slightly affecting the score.
Facilities like the hot tub and wood burner are appreciated, but there are several mentions of broken games, missing welcome packs, and maintenance issues that suggest room for improvement.
Guests have noted thoughtful touches such as toys for children and the provision of scones and clotted cream. However, it should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed with every stay.

We were however very pleased with the accommodation. It is very well appointed and spacious. The hot tub is lovely and works perfectly. There are a couple of tiny niggles (a broken tile in the bathroom, rather hard beds and the inability to use the outdoor shower due to work taking place on the two adjacent properties. The accommodation itself was clean and the woodburner was lovely - not that we really needed it as the property is very warm. There are lots of walks from the property and some great pubs. We throughly recoimmend this property. It is lovely. If the beds were more confortable it would secure a solid 10/10

The house is awesome, real dream property. But it is in need of maintenance. It wouldnât put me off staying again and it doesnât really impact your stay, but it could benefit from doing. Perfect location, few minutes to the beach and pubs. The hills are pretty steep which could be a problem for some.

The hot tub was a big hit with us all too. St Agnes holds special memories for us & now we've found this little gem of a house, I'm sure we'll be back to stay, thank you
