Seemed very well maintained. Garden was great and the river was lovely. Found my way around working things fairly well although the water instructions had me stumped for a while. Worked it out though and plenty of hot water, fast. Loved the stay and would stay again.

For example the two large umbrellas provided were a godsend as it was raining hard when we arrived. A couple of small things could be improved, there was a significant tear in the flooring underneath the dining table and the outdoor furniture and foliage would need some TLC to enable us to give it a 'perfect' rating.
