Pendeen in Fowey is a beautifully designed and comfortable cottage, praised for its great showers and underfloor heating. It is situated atop a steep hill, offering a short stroll to the town centre. The property has been finished to a high standard, with a well-designed compact kitchen and a private outdoor area. Guests appreciate the thoughtful organisation and amenities, making it an ideal choice for both adults and toddlers.

There are no specific references to cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The location is highly regarded due to its proximity to the town centre and nearby coastal footpaths, despite being at the top of a steep hill which may be a consideration for some guests.

Guests find the property very comfortable, mentioning great showers, underfloor heating, and a high standard of finish, indicating a high level of comfort throughout their stay.

The property is well-equipped with necessary amenities and a recently completed garden/patio area. However, some guests noted the kitchen is quite small with limited worktop space, which suggests room for improvement in this area.

While guests have commented on the organisation and amenities, there are no mentions of gifts or additional thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

This was a beautifully renovated property which with everything we needed for our weekend. The under floor heating was an added luxury, and the compact kitchen was well designed. Fowey provides a wide choice of shops and eateries, and lots of nearby coastal footpaths.
