For golf enthusiasts, a few holes at the nearby golf club is a must and for evening dining or entertainment Newquay’s Fore Street is less than a mile from the property.

The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area and features an electric fan assisted oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

The master en-suite has lovely sea views and is furnished with a king size bed and a freestanding wardrobe

The balcony is accessed through French doors leading out from the living area with glass balustrade and wonderful sea views of Fistral and north Cornish coast to Trevose Head. This area is furnished with a table and four chairs

Parking

Allocated private parking space for one vehicle with visitor’s spaces available on a first come first served basis. Additional paid parking can be found in one of several nearby car parks, the closest long stay being that of Pentire Headland car park which is about 0.5 miles (15 minutes walk) from the apartment.
