45 Ocean One has a sleek kitchen with everything you’ll need to rustle up your home cooking in, and three large bedrooms, two of which are king size and one with twin beds that can be joined to form a super king. There’s a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower over so is ideal for families with younger children in tow, and the property has its own designated parking spot within the development.

This second floor apartment is accessed through a communal reception hall but has its own entrance. Ocean 1 has a lift to all floors

The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area and features an electric fan assisted oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A range of crockery, cutlery (children's cutlery as well) and cooking utensils is provided as well as smaller appliances that include a mixer / blender, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

This bedroom features a large bay window with floor to ceiling glass and is furnished with twin beds that can be zipped and linked to form a super king. Other furniture includes two chairs, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror and stand-alone wardrobe

This bathroom has a bathtub and shower over, basin, W/C, heated towel rail, mirror, hairdryer and shaver point

Outside

The balcony is accessed through French doors leading out from the living area with glass balustrade and wonderful sea views of Fistral and north Cornish coast to Trevose Head. This area is furnished with a table and four chairs.

Parking

There is an allocated private parking space for one vehicle with visitor’s spaces available on a first come first served basis. Additional paid parking can be found in one of several nearby car parks
