The apartment receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning its tidy and well-maintained state. Only one mention of a stained carpet suggests a minor issue.

The location is highly acclaimed for its proximity to Fistral Beach and Newquay town, with guests appreciating the easy access to local attractions and the sea views.

The apartment is generally found to be comfortable, with a spacious layout and a hot tub for relaxation. However, there are a few mentions of uncomfortable single mattresses, which suggests room for improvement in this area.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful extras, such as dog bowls and snacks on arrival. While these are well-received, it is noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may vary with each stay.

Hot tub nice in the evenings and some outdoor seating too, although could do with some cushions, good kitchen equipment and selection of games and books great too. Shame about the British weather….
