Sleeping two guests over a single-storey, this bite sized cottage is a romantic setting for your next trip to this part of Cornwall, nestled on the edge of the Trevose Head Heritage Coast.
You step onto the decking where there is furniture so you can enjoy a romantic evening under the stars as you crack open a local bottle of wine.
Make your way into the living/dining room which has a warming electric fire and is the perfect place for a couple to enjoy an evening cuddled up in front of the television or sit at the dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal as you toast to a wonderful holiday.
Moving through the property, there is a double bedroom with drawers to unpack any personal belongings and an en-suite bathroom so you can wash those sandy feet after a day on the beach or take a soak in the bath to relax your muscles after a day of watersports.
To finish the cottage, the bedroom leads into the kitchen which is a well-equipped space to rustle up an evening meal for your loved one or prepare a picnic to take out on your adventures.
Outside there is off-road parking and a private garden area with lawn and gravel, where you can relax on loungers that can be found in the shed outside the property.

Padstow is a fishing port situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and has great access to the South West Coastal Path. The town offers sandy beaches with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a fisherman’s boat! You can enjoy the surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine, and the golf course also at Constantine Bay. Nearby is Pentire Head and the surfing paradise at Polzeath, with a golf course to enjoy also.

The property could use a bit of care and attention. A lot of the fittings have gone rusty from the salt air - not unusual but would be better to change them out so the property looks more cared for. Also the little deck was in need of repair and the garden and outside pots were pretty sad and uncared for. Also would be nice to have a smart TV in the property or let people now so they can bring their own sticks.

Alarm went off in the night i had to remove the battery's to stop it rang the caretaker twice about the problems he said he would come and sort them out but he never arrived the hand rail into the bath is corroded very uncomfortable stay we only stayed because the children and grandchildren rented next door would think twice before using sykes cottages again
