Guests say

Bal An Mor is a highly praised holiday cottage in Penzance, Cornwall, celebrated for its cleanliness, stunning views, and luxurious touches. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and thoughtful welcome packs. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of cleaning products were noted, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests describing it as 'spotlessly clean' and 'well maintained'. One review mentioned a smell on the sofa, but this appears to be an isolated incident.

The location is frequently lauded for its stunning views and proximity to local attractions. It is well-positioned for exploring the area, although one review mentioned limited outdoor space.

Comfort is a strong point, with numerous mentions of 'comfy beds' and 'fab showers'. However, a comment about small lounge chairs and noise due to wooden flooring slightly affects the score.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample parking. Some guests noted the absence of a corkscrew, cleaning products, and issues with a shower and storage space, indicating room for improvement.

Guests often mention the thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs and prompt communication from the owner. While these gifts are highly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed.
