Guests say

Charlotte's House in Penzance, Cornwall, receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-stocked facilities. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and welcome packs. The property is described as a cosy, bright, and spacious home-from-home, ideal for both families and pets, despite a non-secure garden. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions adds to its charm, making it a highly recommended and repeatedly chosen holiday base.

Reviewers consistently mention the cleanliness of the property, describing it as immaculate and well-maintained, which indicates a very high standard of cleanliness.

The property's location is praised for its convenience and proximity to local pubs and shops. However, there is a mention of a tight access road for larger vehicles, which slightly impacts the score.

Guests find the house comfortable, with special mentions of cosy beds and sitting areas. The overall atmosphere is described as warm and relaxing, suggesting a high level of comfort.

The property is well-equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and wood for the fire. A non-secure garden for pets and the lack of phone signal are minor concerns, but the overall feedback on facilities is very positive.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtful gestures, such as fresh flowers and welcome packs. While these are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such personal touches, although likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.
