The good, great location for the area, fabulous if attending the nearby Minack Theatre (a must), designated parking, comfy beds, nice quality bed linen and towels, comfy lounge furniture, plenty of very hot water. The not so good; shower and bath in the twin bedroom requires replacing; signs of dampness on the bathroom floor. Shower in double bedroom useable but a bit claustrophobic and we would suggest it also needs replacing. Mismatched china and glasses, if more than one of you wants a boiled egg you are out of luck, only one egg cup

Our only issue was really the double bedroom. It was awkward to have a cuppa with the present set up.

Perfect for a family of four. Great size, great to have free parking and the welcome pack and milk was very appreciated. Thank you. Sheets and towels were good quality and beds were comfy. The terrace was welcome, though small. It would benefit from two additional fold up chairs so all four can sit outside around the table. Good to have access to the garden. The dishwasher needs replacing. We will stay here again as the location was terrific.
