Within a town steeped in rich mining history and just 3 miles from the nearest beach on the North coast. Walk up the pathway and through the gate into the garden, a lovely area for sunbathing or digging your nose into your favourite book. Open the wide door into the conservatory, this room is a lovely quiet space in which to relax with a cup of tea and rejuvenate. Walk from the conservatory into the living area with comfy sofas and be greeted by a sweet treat left by the lovely owners who reside next door; homemade scones with accompanying local jam and cream, it’s the perfect way to get you settled in the Cornish countryside. Surrounded by areas perfect for walking such as the Godrevy Heritage Coast and lovely sandy beaches, it's a brilliant alternative to going abroad in the summer months, with classic Cornish pasties and ice creams, it doesn't get much better than Cornwall.

We used it as a base to go visit a lot of different areas of Cornwall on our honeymoon. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed. Our dog loved her stay there as well. She enjoyed the lovely little garden. The one negative about the whole stay was that the bed was quite uncomfortable, and after a full day out, we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Very friendly & helpful owners. A cream tea was very welcome on arrival, & the walled garden was perfect for our Golden Retriever to lay out in. would certainly reccomend this property, easy access to visit all around Cornwall.
