Guests say

Avalon is a well-received cottage in St. Agnes, Cornwall, praised for its prime location, comfort, and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the secure garden, proximity to local amenities, and the added bonus of private parking. The property is described as a great base for exploring the area, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds enhancing the stay. While some minor maintenance issues and additional thoughtful touches are suggested, the overall sentiment is positive with many looking forward to returning.

The majority of guests found Avalon to be spotlessly clean, with only a few isolated comments about specific areas needing attention. The positive remarks about cleanliness far outweigh the negatives, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The location of Avalon is consistently praised for being central, convenient, and within walking distance to beaches, pubs, and shops. Its position in the beautiful village of St. Agnes and the availability of private parking are highly valued by guests.

Guests frequently mention the comfortable beds and the well-organised space, contributing to a relaxing stay. The property is described as warm and accommodating, with a secure garden that is perfect for dogs.

The cottage is generally well-equipped, with a good-sized kitchen and strong Wi-Fi. However, some guests noted the lack of certain cleaning products and a freezer, and there were comments about the complexity of the heating system. These points suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

While some guests mentioned the absence of a welcome pack and suggested that it would be a nice addition, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches such as gifts to provide a score. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

Best part is the beach is also walking distance and a lovely cove which the kids loved. Was great to have the extra room so kids didnt have to share for a change. The area next door to the house for wetsuits and beach equipment was a plus too. Really lovely house in a beautiful location and hope to return one day.
