Outside, make the most of the front garden with lawn for soaking up the sunshine, as well as an enclosed rear garden with more outdoor space for alfresco dining, or even a game of badminton (provided)! Walk approx 100m up the road onto the coastal path, between the houses, taking you straight to the clifftop fields with breath-takingly beautiful views across the wider bay area.From there in one direction, you can take a short wander down to Carlyon Bay beach, which is right on the doorstep! Or follow the Coastal path in the other direction and you will find a short and incredibly lovely walk with fields on one side and sea views on the other leading into the picturesque village of Charlestown giving a glimpse into its seafaring heritage. History enthusiasts can delve into the Shipwreck Treasure Museum to learn about the area's maritime past.

St.Austell has the conveniency of a train station for those wanting to venture further away. With a plethora of attractions and activities just a stone's throw away, Sea Drift is the perfect base for a coastal retreat filled with discovery and relaxation.

A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, Charlestown is the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well-known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 6 miles away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles, with Newquay and North Cornwall coast 17 miles away.

    We have had a lovely relaxing week here with beautiful views & dry weather. Your property did not disappoint! Comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for us all. We were all very pleased on arrival, you have done a fabulous job ensuring your guests are catered to!!
