This charming 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor is ideally located in a quite and peaceful cul-de-sac at the bottom of a steep hill. Rosen is a great base to explore the local area. Only a 4 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach and close to the stunning coastal path walks into St Ives. For those without a car, this property is a gem as it is close to the Carbis Bay station too.

    This property is such a gem. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with beautiful views over Carbis Bay. A few minutes walk from the beach and just a few minutes also, to train station. To have onsite parking was also such a 'plus' point. We were very sad to leave and will certainly be recommending the property to friends and family.

    I don't want to give this place a good review as I want to keep it secret so it doesn't get booked up! Perfect location 3 min walk to the beach, 25 to St Ives. 2 mins to train station. Gorgeous place with beautiful sea views. Loved everything about it and hope to come again.
