About this property

Set in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Carbis Bay, Laity Farmhouse and Hideaway is an exceptionally comfortable, beautifully furnished home with plenty of sumptuous space for groups of friends and families to enjoy. Bright and spacious the property includes a traditional farmhouse which sleeps five guests, as well as a self-contained annexe (The Hideaway) which sleeps four, with both having private, enclosed gardens.

The Farmhouse which is laid out over two floors, has its living area on the ground floor where a games room with pool table provides entertainment for all, and a large sitting room with comfy sofas and a window seat creates the perfect space for unwinding in. Just across the hall, the generously sized dining room invites family meals or boardgames after dinner, while the separate kitchen and its breakfast table is perfect for gathering around in the morning before heading out to explore. Upstairs the three bright bedrooms include a master with en-suite, a twin and a single, all stylishly furnished with luxury beds and comfortable linen.

The adjoining Hideaway sleeps four guests and has two double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of worktop space and storage, and a bright conservatory consisting of a living room with Smart television as well as a dining area.

Just a few minutes’ drive from many of the wonderful towns, beaches and attractions in the area including Carbis Bay, St Ives and Hayle, this holiday home creates a brilliant base for exploring the local area. Those who enjoy the outdoors will have plenty of walking routes to choose from with the South West Coast Path close by, or for a different perspective of the coastline but with slightly less exertion, the small train that runs between Carbis Bay and St Ives is a great way to take in the views.
