Guests say

Sea Vista in Carbis Bay boasts stunning views and a prime location close to beaches and St Ives. Guests have praised the property's luxurious furnishings, high-end appliances, and comfortable setup. While some cleanliness issues were noted, the majority of guests had a delightful stay, enjoying the well-equipped property and its convenient location for exploring Cornwall.

Most guests found Sea Vista to be spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a few reviews mentioned cleanliness issues such as dust, hairs, and unclean kitchenware, which slightly impacted the overall impression.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to Carbis Bay Beach, St Ives, and local amenities. The stunning views and easy access to coastal paths and restaurants contribute to an exceptional location rating.

Guests consistently report that the apartment is comfortable, with luxurious furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The presence of high-quality beds and spacious living areas supports a high comfort rating.

The property is celebrated for its well-equipped kitchen, high-spec electricals, and overall facilities. Some guests mentioned maintenance issues such as a poorly functioning dryer and the need for better water drainage on the balcony, which slightly lowers the score.

While some guests mentioned the lack of welcome gifts that were previously provided, there is not enough consistent information about the provision of gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category.

The apartment has amazing views and was everything we had hoped for. Very modern yet still cozy and inviting. We will definitely be back !

Parking was brilliant (a joy to pack and unpack undercover…!), the bonus of a lift was a real plus making our arrival & departure problem free. Inside so tastefully furnished with some lovely pictures and lamps. Everything you could want in a kitchen (not that we intended to use it much...!) with sparkling clean glasses, cutlery & crockery. The balcony was private and offered a place to relax when the sun shone. All in all, a beautiful apartment that we were sorry to leave! I know from personnel experience how important constructive feedback is, and these points below are relatively menial and easy to fix but should and could have been picked up on before our arrival…. which would have exceeded our experience. Attention to detail is key, small points I know, and may seem trivial but get them right and take your already 5* property to a 5*plus property. The window blind in the Twin room looks faulty and is "hanging down" on the right side at the top. We didn't use this room at all, but it may be a future complaint if not fixed. Toilet seat loose in family bathroom. Also, as you look at the shower over the bath there is mould on the righthand corner. The Dimmer switches in the Lounge are flickering (the two round ones), so we couldn't use these. The battery clock in the bedroom with a balcony appears to need a new AA battery And finally, we were unable to unlock the gate which leads down to the beach – did try all keys on the bunch but unfortunately none of them worked. Maybe a suggestion would be to label the keys, or if not required, take them off the bunch.
