Plenty of towels, soft bed linen and having a washing machine really helped. A couple of things we had issues with- the bath leaked and this made the carpet damp in the bedroom where the boys slept and left a smell. i reported but had no feedback. The WiFi only seemed to work in the upstairs bedroom so couldnât get most of the freeview channels in the living room. I reported this along with the broken ironing board and the tap dripping in the kitchen. I tried via whatâs app and on the online account but barely got a response. Apart from this we were very happy with our stay and the kids loved it! Would definitely recommend.
