About this property

A bright and spacious ground-floor apartment with views across St Ives Bay. Perfect for active couples interested in everything from surfing and art to walking and the natural world, this dog-friendly apartment features a cosy lounge and a smart kitchen/diner, along with easy access to St Ives'' iconic Porthminster Beach (100 metres).

The apartment is set on a vibrant coastal road in central St Ives and is flanked on both sides by elegant period properties. The apartment is blessed with plenty of natural light and sea air, its large living areas decorated in homely tones and soft furnishings spread neatly across hard flooring. After passing through a shared entrance hall, guests arrive in a light and airy lounge complete with a large bay window and comfortable sofas from which to admire St Ives Bay. The kitchen/diner is towards the rear, a cosy, well-appointed space perfect for experimental foodies. An inner hallway leads to an en-suite king-size bedroom with ample storage space for those who never like to travel light. While there is no outside space at the apartment, it does enjoy an enviable position and easy access to a host of attractions throughout the town.

There are three beaches at St Ives, and Porthminster (100 metres) is a must for those who love water sports. The town is blessed with numerous galleries and museums, along with a plethora of dog-friendly pubs and eateries. There''s more of the same at Penzance (10 miles), where a harbour offers ferries out to the Isles of Scilly. St Michael''s Mount at Marazion is just 15 miles from the apartment.
