    Attractive apartment in a good location within walking distance of St Ives and Carbis Bay. Close to shops, restaurants and two local train stations. In a quiet location with three comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs shower is very small with a low ceiling and is probably better not to bother using. The rest of the apartment is well furnished including the kitchen. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. I'd say it's a comfortable place for 1-4 people to stay but might be a little uncomfortable for more despite the extra beds as the living space is fairly small. Overall would recommend if you prefer to be out of the bustle of the town with a better price point than central properties.

    The cottage was very clean and tidy. My family and I felt like home and we did have a great time there. The location is very close to the beach and the city centre.

    We had a great holiday, the whole process was easy to book and once full payment was made we were given a very detailed instructions on how to get there and any codes we may need, this was also sent in a reminder 24 hours before our visit. We arrived and the place was as it looked in the pictures, the apartment doesn’t have a garden although you do have access to the castle gardens which are beautiful. You are just far away from st Ives that your not woken up by the seagulls but near enough to the beach about a 20 minute walk if that, although a steep hill on the way back. We have given some feedback about some minor defects that were found however we were contacted immediately when we left a message saying they could get someone to come a fix it.
