Outside area needs a good tidy up and the decking needs attention to the condition of the wood. Only a few exterior lights work. Garden cushion covers dirty. Steps down need a good sweep and plants cut back. Yellow lamp in living room and various spotlights are broken. Tumble dryer flooded utility room as the water container had not been emptied or the filter cleaned. Underwear from previous occupant in bedroom drawer. Dog hairs and toys under the couch. Sky tv planner was 100% full so couldn't record anything until I cleared it. Overall, more attention needed to cleanliness, as it let's down a potentially wonderful property.

However for anyone else itâs stunning. The owners have really thought of everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Itâs like a home away from home.

Was a great location close to the beach and walk to St Ives. I had trouble finding the hidden drawers with the knives and forks!! The apartment was very well equipped, the only thing we found frustrating was the WiFi wasnât very good. I was disappointed that we found the PlayStation but my son was delighted! Our dog loved his first time at the beach. Weâll definitely be back.
