    The only small complaint was the welcome bag which contained one pint of milk and a small bag of chocolate sweets - this may be the usual welcome pack or maybe we were just unlucky

    We shouldn't need to wash all plates, cups, cutlery etc before we can use them. Towels were stained. The website shows a welcome hamper - we got a packet of chocolate buttons and a Warrens discount voucher, but noticed that the following weeks guests were getting a full bag. The master shower screen leaked while the downstairs shower didn't drain properly so we all had to use the 2nd bedroom shower. We weren't inclined to raise these issues during the week as resolution would have impacted our stay further. Simply nowhere near good enough for the money, which is such a shame as the apartment itself is great with an amazing view.

    Has everything you need and more. Maybe a fully working hoover. Only because we like to keep the place as clean as possible !!!!
