The bathroom (shower) fixings and drains need descaling/replacing and the downstairs shower drain needs unblocking (unless it's just a slow drainer?!). Kitchen cupboards were less tidy than we were used to back in 2018 (the pots and pans just thrown about in any drawer), the utensils are OK, needs a new frying pan. Kitchen tap is installed at a wonky 45 degrees, guess it's OK but might not last much longer. The second sofa's electronic connection was not connected which was a but odd. The lift was broke when we arrived but once reported it was fixed inside of a day. Those were the niggles... everything else fantastic, very comfy, very clean, very happy!

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in this stunning 3-bedroom apartment in St Ives. Overlooking Porthminster Beach and towards the Harbour, the views were truly spectacular. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine that guaranteed the best start to every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had perfect nights' sleep. Plenty of fresh towels were laid out for our use, and the delightful welcome gifts added a special touch to our arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main town, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that St Ives has to offer including all the restaurants and bars, and a couple of minutes walk to the most idyllic beach and café. The secure parking space for the week was a godsend. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The property is now starting to show its age with a few odd marks here and there Main one is if you supply a hoover - empty it as I had to empty over 4kg of crud and hair and the smell was absolutely disgusting this hoover needs to be binned There’s NO SKY TV there’s an Apple box that’s just pointless and didn’t work The settee is disgusting it’s well overdue a leather clean as it’s no longer white it yellow and brown in places Floors are still dirty when we arrived easy to see as the mop that’s there for your use is black For the £3000 this is a real shame it’s no longer 5* more like 3*
