Set in the centre of St Ives and right on the coast with two balconies overlooking the stunning Porthmeor Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for a family of four keen to explore the great outdoors and the superb Cornwall coastline.

Take a short flight of stairs down to the front entrance of the apartment and head inside to the welcoming and practical kitchen. Rustle up tasty meals and prepare picnics for your beach days. A comfortable lounge has plenty of seating and views across to the headland. Enjoy meals or playing games together around the table in the dining room, which has French doors leading to a balcony. When you are ready to get some shuteye, head through to the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin, and a family bathroom completes the interior of the accommodation. There are two balconies at this property, offering near-panoramic views across the headland and the beach. Dine alfresco or sip on an evening tipple as you reflect on the day’s activities.

St Ives has an abundance of things to do and see, from galleries, independent shops, and several beaches to enjoy. Porthmeor Beach is just 100 metres away and is popular for its great surfing opportunities, as well as other water sport activities. The pretty Porthminster Beach (1 mile) is fantastic for rockpooling and sunbathing. If you enjoy long, scenic strolls, head along the South West Coast Path which passes through St Ives and winds around the coastline.

      Amazing!!!! The house is perfect for 4 people! It was so clean and had all the amenities you would need for a lovely family holiday. The attention to detail was brilliant, and there was everything you would need left for you to use. The gift basket was also a lovely touch and a really nice welcome. The amount of space is perfect for a family with a lovely comfy living room and dining room. The bedrooms are both a good size and the beds are very comfy with good quality bedding. The bathrooms are both spotless and perfect. We didn't have to use the shower in the upstairs en suite as the bath was gorgeous! The views are out of this world and with the aspect you can see the sun rise and sun set from the patio and upstairs balcony. The position of the house is also perfect. Its a 10 minute walk into town and harbour and a 3 minute walk to Porthmeor beach. The position is also fantastic, as the beach and town are busy so its so nice having a bit of quiet when you go back to the house after a long day. I also recommend the Union Inn for food, its a short walk through Ayr Lane and the food and staff are lovely. The cakes from The Makers were also amazing and worth trying. The Hong Kong Chinese takeaway was also great. The Sloop Inn in the harbour is lovely and the oldest pub in the area with loads of character. The parking is perfect for 1 car but the lane to the house is a little narrow due to next doors new garage so a big car may struggle, but it does mention that in the details. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be booking again!

      Great patio area. Good for sunsets & seaview of Porthmeor beach & Island. Close to beach, Tate and only a short walk to the town.
