Guests say

Megizzy is a well-loved cottage in Polzeath, Cornwall, praised for its stunning views, spaciousness, and high-quality furnishings. Guests have enjoyed the ample outdoor space, proximity to the beach, and the extra amenities such as games and a welcome pack. While some found the technology and seating arrangements challenging, the overall experience has been highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The property is generally kept meticulously clean. There was a single mention of windows being dirty upon arrival, but this seems an isolated incident as no other reviews raised cleanliness concerns.

The location is consistently lauded for its stunning views and proximity to the beach and local amenities. It is considered a prime spot in Polzeath, contributing to the overall excellent experience.

The house is described as comfortable and extremely well-equipped. However, a few guests mentioned that the living area and seating do not comfortably accommodate larger groups, which slightly impacted the comfort score.

Facilities are generally excellent, with special mentions of the games room and tech amenities. Some guests experienced issues with the boiling water tap and found the high-tech light switches challenging, indicating room for improvement in maintenance and user-friendliness.

While guests appreciated the welcome pack and the availability of games and equipment, there are not enough reviews explicitly mentioning thoughtfulness-related gestures to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed.
