On the first floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The third bedroom presents a cosy small double bed, complemented by its own en-suite bathroom. In the second bedroom, twin single beds await, which can easily convert into a king-size bed upon request, providing flexibility. Bedroom one boasts a luxurious king-size bed and features an en-suite shower room, for added convenience. A family bathroom completes the first floor, equipped with a bath, wash basin, and WC.

If you're looking for a change of scenery, a quick ferry ride across the Camel Estuary will take you to Padstow, a well-known fishing port. Here, you'll find many fantastic restaurants and boutique shops to explore. In Polzeath, two surf schools provide equipment hire, as well as several lively cafes, intimate restaurants, and a selection of shops. It's truly a beautiful location. The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club is fantastic for a round of golf or just some well-needed time for rest and relaxation in the health club offering a state-of-the-art gym, spinning room, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and tennis court.
