Very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. Wonderful location near the Church and nice sitting out area with view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived we had to fix the stair gate to make it close properly, there are brambles hanging low and growing in the ground so my baby couldn’t crawl around outside. It wasn’t cleaned well at all. We had hair on a bar of soap left in one of the bathrooms, the bath mat to stop people slipping in the bath was all mouldy so to bath my child an adult had to sit with them. Only one person could shower at one time due to the water cutting out in the other bathroom. The location of the property was perfect for us but was massively let down by the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Also the rug in the sitting room doesn’t have an antislip back on which resulted in my husband falling so if you have elderly parents with you or young children they need to be careful when moving around

Sadly it was a little drizzly so we couldn’t enjoy the garden and view but that disappoint our stay in Cornwall. Sorry forgot to write little review in book … P.S. had difficulty in locking the outside door
