While some minor suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is positive with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests consistently commend the property's cleanliness, highlighting the thorough work of the cleaning team. One mention of dust and cobwebs on outdoor furniture suggests a slight room for improvement.

The property's location is celebrated for its convenience for walking into town and enjoying nearby scenic paths, indicating a high level of satisfaction among guests.

Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of comfy beds and tasteful furnishings. Suggestions for higher stools and larger towels indicate some areas for enhancement.

The parking space is fine for a medium sized car. You could have a good break here without a car. We got the bus into Exeter on one day and used the local swimming baths when it was rainy. You can walk up to Mutters Moor from the road.

Lovely Kitchen, nice comfy beds and nicely decorated. Just a couple of minor issues, downstairs toilet basin tap had a very slow feed. Garden table and chairs were dusty and full of cobwebs. There could have been a better personal touch like some of the other properties where we have stayed e.g. A pint of milk in the fridge, perhaps a small cake etc. There were some coffee sachets and peppermint tea bags but no ordinary tea bags.

Just a few small sugestions: Maybe a rollar blind above the door of the daybed room could help to block out the light from the kitchen at night and give a bit more privacy? We arranged a delivery from Waitrose and discovered that the front doorbell didn't work. We tried to sort out the clock in the kitchen but could not find any triple A batteries. We had a lovely time at your holiday home - thank you.
