We came into the property and unfortunately had not been cleaned, we also had to go and buy new bedding as the bedding was not changed and left in a mess from previous people, the washing machine did not work was not plumbed in so couldn’t use it and the fire alarm was left open without a battery in , unfortunately we had to spend money on staying in here and wet towels on the floor from previous people
