The house's cleanliness and maintenance receive mixed feedback, with some guests highlighting areas for improvement.

The location is highly regarded for its fantastic views and proximity to Dartmouth. The steep access and challenging parking are mentioned, but most guests find these manageable and feel the views and setting outweigh any inconvenience.

Our accommodation was very disappointing and it meant that we cut our holiday short. We only stayed as long as we did as we loved Dartmouth.

The views from tbe garden are superb. The house itself is very nice and well maintained. The house is on 3 levels, so we certainly got our steps in every day going up and down the stairs. The walk into town and back is not for the faint hearted as the pavements are steep as well as the steps involved. As we are a family that enjoys walking, this was not an issue for us. The ferry to Agatha Christie's house is a must and is a lovely way to see Dartmouth from the water. There are plenty of places to eat in the town, as well as several supermarkets to top up your supplies.
