Recently refurbished townhouse suitable for friends or family with open plan social spaces, large multilevel garden and can sleep up to 4 people. Located at the top of College Way in Dartmouth, short driving distance from local amenities.

2 Townstal is a lovely townhouse located in an elevated position in Dartmouth, South Devon overlooking the town. This property is a fantastic home perfect for families and friends, the living spaces are large and comfortable with a large corner sofa and a log burner (Guests will need to bring their own wood), cosy up in the evening and watch a funny film on the TV with a glass of wine. There is also a utility room to the side of the dining room and the kitchen which leads to the rear garden. The rear garden is beautiful and catches the sun all day, outside furniture is provided along with a charcoal barbeque (Guests will need to bring their own charcoal), and multiple levels for children to enjoy. Inside the property on the first floor is a cloakroom, family bathroom with bath and wall mounted thermostatic shower and hand basin and second w.c.. To the side and front of the house on the first floor is the twin room, looking out to the garden steps and then the master bedroom overlooking the road and other townhouses. 

2 Townstal is roughly a 10 minute walk down the hill into the main town and it will take about 20 minutes to walk back up the hill to the house. he property is on a main bus route too if you didn't want to walk.

Entertainment: 36" Orian Flat Screen TV with Freeview, DVD Player, Bose Surround Sound System. 

For Families: Travel Cot (Guests to bring their own linen), High Chair, Stair Gate Provided; other equipment is not provided. 

Outside: Garden, this is a multi level garden. Please do not leave children unattended in the front or rear garden. 

Parking: On street parking only. This property does not provide parking. There are several housing areas where you can park during your holiday, these are roughly a 5-10 minute walk away from the property. 

General: WiFi Provided. Heating Provided. Bed Linen and Towels Provided (Guests will need to bring their own beach towels). No Smoking. 

Pets: 2 Pets are welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 

Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

    I thought the property at 2 townstall road was ideal for myself and my friend, it was spacious, comfortable, and good value for money. It is a little outside the town, something I enjoyed, a decent stroll up the hill after an evening out. I would recommend this to most people and would definitely stay again.

    Although the property is up above Dartmouth it is easy and a lovely walk down to the town, with the added bonus of the 90 Bus stop just a few yards from the house like your own taxi service if you fancy a bus back up the hill in the evening. Best equipped self catering I’ve stayed in thought of everything small utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Really comfortable corner sofa for relaxing in the evenings have recommended to friends and family already. Added bonus a decked garden with BBQ and garden furniture

    Excellent location. Parking available in nearby road.Well equipped spacious house.10 min walk to town.Enclosed garden for our dog.Great stay thank you. No bbq on arrival but the owner organised a new bbq the next day.
