Guests consistently praise the Queens View apartment for its immaculate condition, stunning river views, and excellent location close to Dartmouth town. The property's modern furnishings, thoughtful touches, and well-equipped amenities contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the British weather was a letdown for one visitor, the overall experience remains highly positive, with several guests expressing a desire to return.
Reviewers unanimously describe the property as immaculate and beautifully presented, indicating a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the apartment.
The property boasts a great location with panoramic views and proximity to the town. One minor inconvenience mentioned was parking during a local event, but this does not detract significantly from the overall excellent location.
Comfort is highlighted with mentions of a well-equipped property, thoughtful touches, and a welcoming atmosphere. The only minor drawback noted is the absence of Wi-Fi in the upstairs bedroom.
Facilities are generally praised for their high standard, with a well-furnished and decorated property. However, a compact shower room and the lack of Wi-Fi in one bedroom suggest room for improvement.
Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as the provision of a cream tea, milk, wine, and even doggy treats. While these gifts enhance the experience, it's important to note that such extras are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth. Itâs was perfect, and the owner made us feel welcome and that he cared if we were ok. Really appreciated the care taken and comfort provided. We donât often revisit the same properties, but I think weâll be back to this one, if itâs not fully booked!
Julie
Great location with a wonderful view. We were there during the Regatta so we had to park a mile away from the property, weâre werenât made aware of this until we arrived at the property, so this delayed our check in time by an hour, due to road closures. There was no Wi-Fi in the upstairs bedroom.
Eddie
Excellent location, high standard of facilities within the property, overall was a perfect property for our family and dog
