This pretty weatherboard cottage is in the coastal village of Walberswick close to the footpath down to the beach. Accommodation is upside down with a fabulous balcony on the first floor and two ground floor bedrooms for four guests. A delightful pet friendly property with large garden and parking, in a great location close to the village amenities.

Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Ground floor:Bedroom 1: double bed.Bedroom 2: twin beds (can be made in to king size but please ask at time of booking). Wet room: walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.Family bathroom: shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Kitchen/dining/living area: floor-to-ceiling sliding french doors, two sofas, chair, coffee tables. wood burning stove.

First floor: Single bed (and pull out single bed attached and available only on request).

Entertainment: digital TV, radio/CD player.For Families: cot and highchair available to hire (£15 per item).Outside: large enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Balcony. Charcoal barbeque.Storage for bikes.Parking: for three cars on the driveway. EV 7KW charger.General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. All energy costs are included. The holiday cottage is heated by underfloor heating. One small basket of logs is provided for the log burner on arrival November-March. A week's worth of logs can be supplied for £30  No smoking. Pets: one dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property.
