We loved Stannard Cottage. The appliances were fantastic, and it is a beautifully laid out cottage. We were worried about the stairs but actually they are fine as the owners have placed the bannisters very carefully. The location is perfect and the welcome pack was lovely. It really is an exceptional property, we will be returning as soon as we can!

This is a lovely, cosy and well layed out cottage in the perfect location in Southwold; right off the green and very close walk to the beautiful sand dune end of the beach, where dogs are allowed to play. We love that we can park the car on arrival and not have to get back in until we leave, as fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs just a few minutes' walk. The three bedrooms are perfect for a family with two teenage kids so they have their own space, and wonderful to have a good sized kitchen table and courtyard for meals together. Just watch out for the incredibly steep staircase with a low door which cannot be navigated at pace! Overall we love it and will be back.
