We stayed in Oct 2024 with a group of friends (5 couples in total + 2 well behaved border terriers). All of the bedrooms are spacious and furnished with very comfortable super king size beds (or twin zip linked). Four of the bedrooms have an en-suite and the 5th bedroom has use of the main bathroom with its bath-tub and shower cubicle (there is also a downstairs WC). The open planned kitchen/dining room with bi-fold doors leading to the garden was a lovely social space. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped - there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. We also liked the location of the property (close to the footpath that leads to Southwold) and the off-road parking for 5 vehicles. Both of the pubs The Anchor (approx 0.5 miles) and the Bell (approx 0.7 miles) are worth a visit as is the footpath to Southwold then return using the Ferry (perhaps having had some yummy fish and chips at the Sole Bay Fish Company - on the Harbour and ideally located not far from the Ferry "Terminal"). We had forgotten a few items but the Walberswick CO-OP was within in easy distance and had the items we needed. The weather was excellent - so all in all a very enjoyable weekend, would definitely recommend Little Chapter and would consider another visit in the future.

Everything from the bedrooms, en-suites, well equipped kitchen, dining room and extremely comfortable and spacious lounge were superb. There was plenty of hot water, a reliable wifi system , parking for several cars and all within walking distance of a shop, the pub and the beach. What more could we ask for? We did have a slight problem re the unusable kettle but one phone call and a visit from the house keeper partially sorted the problem. The downstairs bedroom with its own lounge was a bonus and ideal for anyone such as myself who finds stairs and banisters difficult. Our thanks go to the owner and the house keeper for maintaining such a high standard, Little Chapter is definitely to be recommended and is probably the best property we have ever stayed in.

It is an extremely large and comfortable house. Fully equipped and all the bedrooms were large, comfortable and immaculate bathrooms. The garden was lovely, and excellent dining pubs and amenities within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property.
