Snaptrip says

Church View Cottage receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches such as welcome packs. The location in a friendly village with local walks and amenities is appreciated, as is the well-equipped kitchen and secure outdoor space. While most guests enjoyed their stay, a few noted issues with maintenance and comfort preferences.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently describe the cottage as spotlessly clean, with several reviews highlighting the property's exceptional cleanliness. This suggests a very high standard of hygiene and attention to detail.

The cottage's location is frequently praised for its quiet village setting, proximity to local amenities, and accessibility to nearby attractions. The friendly local community and availability of dog walks contribute to the positive feedback.

The majority of guests found the cottage comfortable, mentioning the provision of a comfortable bed and a cosy environment. However, a few guests noted preferences for firmer mattresses and issues with doors not closing properly, which slightly affects the score.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden area. However, some guests reported broken garden furniture and umbrellas, and the absence of a dishwasher and barbecue, indicating room for improvement in maintenance.

Guests frequently express gratitude for the thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs with treats for both humans and dogs. While these gestures are highly valued, it is noted that such extras, though common, are not guaranteed.

Very peacefully and comfortable. Would happily stay again

Private (but rest of village seems to be too) and nice area to sit out in ( unfortunately not the weather for us ). All things included, washup , dish towels etc which we weren't expecting and bonus of starter pack of milk, biscuits and wine. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Local walks in and around village. Three pubs and Indian restaurant We ate in as we used as a base to see sites: Warwick Castle, Cadbury World, Twycross Zoo, Gladstone Pottery, Stanfold Park, Branstone Water Park...and more. Coming 'home' to sit down. Lovely, clean and well presented. If back in this area would book again. ( wee note for owners: think radiators are needing bled and maybe fresh frying pan with plastic utensils to use with it)

The bedroom door didn't shut. The enclosed garden was a sun trap but the two umbrellas were broken. So couldn't sit out or leave the dog out due to no shade from the sun.The garden furniture was broken the sofa seat had cane sticking out.My partner has taken photos. There was no barbeque as stated in the add.We were very disappointed and couldn't relax properly. There was a winter duvet on that was to hot and heavy so just had to use a blanket. The place needs a good maintenance check. This our fourth holiday with your company and have never been disappointed till now.
