Twisted Chimneys is consistently praised for its unique charm, high standards of cleanliness, and excellent location. Guests are delighted by the quirky decor, the proximity to the train station, and the fun interactions with passing trains. The property's hot tub is a highlight, offering relaxation and entertainment. The hosts, Lee and Chloe, receive commendations for their warm hospitality and attentiveness.
Reviewers unanimously mention the exceptional cleanliness of the property, describing it as spotless and the cleanest place some have ever stayed. This indicates a very high standard of cleanliness maintained by the hosts.
The location is highly praised for its convenience to the railway and local amenities. The proximity to Malvern Hills and the novelty of being next to the train line are appreciated, although a few guests noted the presence of trains at night.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the property spacious. However, a few guests mentioned the property being too warm and the seating areas becoming uncomfortable after a while, slightly affecting the comfort score.
Facilities are generally regarded as excellent, with high-quality appliances and a well-equipped kitchen. Some minor issues are noted, such as the lack of an airer and some maintenance needed for shower heads and the hot tub's music connection.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of welcome gifts like tea, coffee, and biscuits. However, as gifts are not guaranteed and not all reviews mention them, the score reflects this uncertainty.

A beautiful place decorated to a very high standard. Waving to the passengers on the train from the comfort of our hot tub was great fun. Everything we needed was in the house. We all definitely want to stay here again.
