Abid'or Cottage in Ingleton is consistently praised for its cosy, warm atmosphere and stunning location, ideal for countryside walks and exploring the Dales. The property is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and offers comfortable en-suite bedrooms with lovely views. The presence of an Aga and wood burner adds to the charm, ensuring a pleasant stay even in changeable weather.
Guests have described the cottage as spotless, indicating a high level of cleanliness throughout the property.
The cottage's location is highly praised for its stunning views and proximity to walking trails, though one mention of a nearby pub's limited opening hours slightly impacts the perfect score.
Reviewers find the cottage to be comfortable, warm, and welcoming, with special mentions of the cosy wood burner and the Aga that keeps the house cosy.
The property is well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated. However, there were initial issues with the key and Wi-Fi access, and the local pub's availability was less than expected.
While the reviews reflect a well-equipped and comfortable stay, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under the category of thoughtfulness, so a score cannot be provided.

This cottage is charming, warm, and had a wonderful view of the iconic Ingleborough. The kitchen has an Aga which keeps the whole house cosy, and the woodburner in the TV room also made the place really comfortable. The attention to detail (pictures, curtains, placemats, china, etc.) is exquisite.
Mr Hunt
Lovely property with quality items throughout. Perfect location for walking the 3 peaks which we did on separate days. Also visited the White Scar Caves which was an enlightening experience. We organised a Tesco home delivery to coincide with our arrival as the cottage is in an isolated spot so bear that in mind if you aren't taking supplies with you. Beautiful garden and views but unfortunately our week was rather wet so didn't get the full benefit of sitting outside. If we visit the Dales again we would definitely consider staying here again.

Good cottage in quiet rural location. Clean throughout with plenty of equipment. We had difficulty on arrival with the key to the front door and also accessing Wi-Fi as password incorrect. Problems eventually sorted out after a few phone calls and subsequent lock change but not an ideal start to holiday. Local pub mentioned in property description is rarely open - only once during our stay - so be prepared to drive for food and drink. Garden immaculate with stunning views.
