Journeyman Loft is a well-regarded cottage in Skipton, praised for its central location and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the proximity to local amenities and transport links, making it an ideal base for exploring. The property is cosy with a comfortable bed and well-equipped, though some guests noted issues with maintenance and noise. Access may be challenging for those with mobility issues due to steep steps.
The property consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotlessly clean' and 'super clean'. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and care in the property's upkeep.
The location is highly valued for its convenience to the town centre, public transport, and local attractions. However, some guests mentioned noise from a nearby nightclub and difficult access by car due to steep roads, which slightly impacts the score.
Many guests found the property comfortable, noting a 'very comfortable bed' and a 'cosy' atmosphere. However, some guests mentioned an uncomfortable bed and issues with noise, which suggests room for improvement in this area.
The property is generally well-equipped with necessary amenities, but several reviews point out issues with the oven controls, lack of information on appliance use, and intermittent Wi-Fi, indicating some maintenance concerns.
There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

It's an excellent flat, well placed for town and walks. The dedicated parking is a godsend. Would book again.
