Only thing we found a little disappointing was the lack of sofas, 6 adults with seats for only 5 (bench with a cushion is ok for short periods, but not relaxing in the evening). Also, ants are a problem in the kitchen. Think this is known as we found ant spray in the cupboard. These things happen, but we would have appreciated advance warning then we wouldn’t have left a tea loaf on the side (tightly wrapped in tin foil but they still found their way inside, so we had to throw it away uneaten) Finally, the pub in the village is now closed and we didn’t find a convenience store so had to drive a few miles to the nearest superstore - description just needs updating to reflect it. Overall, a really lovely cottage, thoughtfully put together with decor/furnishings to match. An absolute gem.
