Peaceful, cosy, authentic dog friendly cottage. If you want to escape everything, this is the place for you. Take plenty of supplies with you, but there is a really super little village shop in Aultbea which has everything you need.

A stunning although rustic cottage with views to die for. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. Dont expect phone signal when indoors, but 4g when you exit the back door or go to bottom of garden at front. Stairs are traditional for this age and style of house (narrow and steep) but very comfortable beds once up them. Single bedroom down stairs also. Basic kitchen but adequate for a week or two stay. Surrounding field has grazing sheep, but garden at front is secure. Would and will stay again.
