1 Tirionfa in Holyhead offers a delightful stay with its excellent location near the beach and a garden that's both child and pet-friendly. Guests appreciated the welcome pack and the property's ample space for families. While some maintenance issues were noted, the charm of the cottage and its setting provided a lovely break for visitors.
Several reviews mentioned the need for a deeper clean, citing cobwebs, dust, and dog hairs. These recurring comments suggest that cleanliness could be improved.
The property's location is highly praised for being close to the beach and its suitability for both children and pets, indicating a very desirable setting.
The house is described as lovely and spacious, but some comfort issues like a broken bed rail and missing stair gate parts were reported, slightly diminishing the overall comfort.
Guests reported several maintenance issues, including unfit oven trays, a broken tumble dryer, and missing fridge parts. However, the property still provided a pleasant stay.
The welcome pack with wine and biscuits was well-received, showing thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this is a pleasant bonus rather than a standard offering.

It was the first time the whole family had been together for three years. This meant that the house was important. It did not disappoint. Spacious, very comfortable, with all amenities as described. Our Australianâbranchâ of the family loved it. 9 adults, 2 kids and a dog - no problem!

Here's a list of some issues: Roller blind in 2nd floor double jammed Loose glass shelf in 2nd floor bathroom Greasy mould inside and outside of 2nd floor bathroom cubicle. Used razor left on top of shower unit. Dishwasher tablet door missing. Shelf missing in fridge Only one loo brush servicing 3 floors Only 12 chairs in diner Neighbour extremely rude within minutes of our arrival saying we could not open downstairs bathroom window Not what we expected of a £3300 rental!

We had a couple of comments as below: 1. Only one oven tray that would fit in the ovens, with 12 guests was difficult. 2. Heater on tumble drier not working, drier took hours to dry very small load thereby using significantly more energy to dry clothes. 3. A number of cups and bowls had small chips. 4. Curtain rail in bunk bed room fell down as it was poorly fitted. 5. Clothes line or maiden would have been beneficial. 6. Freezer section of fridge/freezer not working although there was a separate freezer. The group really enjoyed their stay at the property and the points above didnât impact on the enjoyment of the holiday.
