Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and the property's suitability for families and groups, though some noted room for improvement in maintenance.

Most guests found the property clean and tidy, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, a few guests mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty floors and surfaces, which suggests occasional lapses in cleaning standards.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, but guests have suggested improvements such as additional showers and better maintenance of outdoor areas. Some appliances were reported to be in need of repair or replacement.

There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as there are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the owners' consideration for guests' experiences.

It was tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The main bathroom he a lovely large bath but needs a shower installing. One shower in the ensuite isn't enough for a large house. The central heating worked well and the house was warm. Sadly we did have some issues with cleanliness. When we arrived the toilet in the ensuite hadn't been flushed properly. I informed the owner who was very apologetic. Later in the week I decided to use the oven which needed cleaning. The baking trays had been put back unwashed with dried food on them. Again I contacted the owner who again wa very apologetic and said it would be rectified. I don't think this was by any means the fault of the owner. None of this spoiled our holiday and I would reccomend the property with those reservations which I'm sure will rectified.

One main issue that really needs addressing the bathroom needs a shower over the bath, as our guest always needed to wait to use our en- suite , which would also benefit from a light over the shower. It was really nice to be able to sit outside on the sundeck with the furniture and sun loungers as we had some good weather, suggestion would be to have cushions for the loungers, but overall a fantastic house.
